How do I check the status of my order?

It may take 5-7 business days to process and ship the order. Ordering an item that is currently on back order will take 14-21 business days to process and ship out. Please email us at info@bellakurls.com with your order number to check the status of your order. 

 

Where do I find my tracking information?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email including your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If you haven't received a tracking email, please be sure to double check your junk/spam & promotions folder. If you are still not able to locate it, please email us at info@bellakurls.com with your order number and we'll be happy to help!

 

What does it mean when an item is on Pre-Order/Back-Order?

If a set is listed as out of stock, you will see a ‘pre-order’ button. This means we have no more units left in our warehouse but but order can still be placed. Ordering an item that is currently on back order will take 14-21 business days to process and ship out. Also, please keep in mind that you are charged as soon as you place your order.
